Ballpark Stadium
- Five team names have been short-listed; awaiting trademark, etc clearance
- Operating Goals: Family friendly, Family priced ($9 GA, $15 reserved), safe, immaculate
- Construction is under budget & ahead of schedule
- Steel arrived on 6/14; vertical construction has started
- Concourses will be 30' wide, 22" wide seats with ample legroom
- 80 points of sale for concessions. Team owned to reduce fan costs.
- MiLB Playing schedule will be published in July
- Playing field should be ready in September, grass will be planted on October
- 70 home games + 14 NBC games over 7 days + entertainment, etc = 200 planned events
- Council members Claycomb & Frye are on the NBC board
Ballpark Riverfront Development
- Once the 2020 season is completed, the team owners will present a more comprehensive vision for the riverfront parcels.
Parking
- The Stadium will have 178 public spaces in the South parking lot.
- Some of those may be reserved for luxury suite guests?
- Proposed transit grid hub will be moved West
