Vice President's Report: Delano Dispatch status update

• Elizabeth Stevenson , stadium project art consultant has requested bike rack designs for use at the Delano (NW), McLean (NE) and Maple (S) entrances before 12/31.

Treasurer's Report: The association's finances
District Directors Reports: Issues or items of interest in their districts, if any

BOARD AGENDA

NEW BUSINESS

• Paul Gunzelman, City of Wichita with an update on the Multi-modal Path
• Ellamonique Baccus, Wichita Art Partners asking for input on Stadium Art (Sycamore side)
• Explain the Delano TIF proposal

OLD BUSINESS

• Delano Dispatch status update (Editor?, Content?, Distribution?, Sponsor/Advertising?)
• Update the Association on the status of the Delano Revitalization Plan
• Update the Association on City of Wichita projects: Multi-modal Path & Baseball Stadium
• Update the Association on private developments: EPC & Ballpark Village & Proposed Stadium Parking
• Re-establishment of Communication & Event Committees, and duties if established.
• Plan events for the remainder of 2019 and all of 2020 (St Pat's, Rock the Block, Safe Treat).
• Get Storage unit to store association property (approved Sep 2019, New Storage Place??)
