- Establishing backup practices and procedures in the event that a board member can no longer perform their duties (ie: illness, death, resignation)

- Delano Dispatch status update (Editor?, Content?, Distribution?, Sponsor/Advertising?)
- Update on the status of the Delano Revitalization Plan (No Updates)
- Update on City of Wichita projects: Multi-modal Path & Baseball Stadium (No Update)
- Update on private developments: EPC, Ballpark Village, Stadium Parking
- Re-establish Communication & Event Committees, and duties if established
- Plan events for 2021 (Clean Up, Rock the Block, Safe Treat)
- Get storage unit to store association property (approved Sep 2019, on hold)
