- Vice President’s Report: Neighborhood complaints; Open Streets ICT
- Treasurer’s Report: The association’s finances
- District Director’s Reports: Issues or items of interest in their districts, if any

- Re-Zoning request for property at 247 N Elizabeth

- Plan events for 2023 (Clean Up, Rock the Block, Safe Treat, Pot Luck?)
- Delano Dispatch
- Update on the status of the Delano Revitalization Plan
- Discussion of traffic, speeding, and parking issues in Delano. Propose drafting a letter from DNA to WPD & our City Council representatives formally requesting increased traffic patrols.
- Establishing backup practices and procedures in the event that a board member can no longer perform their duties (ie: illness, death, resignation)
- Update on City of Wichita projects: Multi-modal Path, W Douglas St, Transit Ctr., etc
- Update on private development in Delano: Ballpark Village, Maple & McLean Development
- Follow up regarding development issues pending before MAPC
- Re-establish Communication & Event Committees, and duties if established
