Delano Plan Third Draft
A third draft of the revised Delano Plan was published on March 30, 2018.
It was presented to the Sedgwick County Commission at 9 a.m. on April 11th and to the Wichita City Council at 9 a.m. on April 17th (Deferred until June 5th; Deferred until August 7th; Deferred until October 2nd; Deferred to November 13th) who eventually voted to return it to MAPD until work was completed on the Ballpark Village Master Plan.
