- President Report: Status of upcoming Safe Treat event
- Vice President's Report: neighborhood complaints; November Dispatch status update
- Treasurer's Report: The association's finances
- District Directors Reports: Issues or items of interest in their districts, if any

- Discussion of City of Wichita Forestry Dept actions in Delano
OLD BUSINESS
- Discussion of traffic, speeding, and parking issues in Delano. Propose drafting a letter from DNA to WPD & our City Council representatives formally requesting increased traffic patrols.
- Follow up regarding development issues pending before MAPC
- Establishing backup practices and procedures in the event that a board member can no longer perform their duties (ie: illness, death, resignation)
- Delano Dispatch status update (Editor?, Content?, Distribution?, Sponsor/Advertising?)
- Update on the status of the Delano Revitalization Plan; Chisholm Trail Parkway
- Update on City of Wichita projects: Multi-modal Path & Baseball Stadium
- Update on private developments: EPC, Ballpark Village, Stadium Parking
- Re-establish Communication & Event Committees, and duties if established
