- District Director’s Reports: Issues or items of interest in their districts, if any

- Plan events for 2024 (Paddy’s Day Parade 3/16, Clean Up, Rock the Block, Safe Treat)

- Delano Dispatch
- Delano Revitalization Plan
- Discussion of traffic, speeding, and parking issues in Delano.
- Establishing backup practices and procedures in the event that a board member can no longer perform their duties (ie: illness, death, resignation)
- Update on City of Wichita projects: Multi-modal Path, W Douglas St, Transit Ctr., etc
- Update on private development in Delano: Ballpark Village, Maple & McLean Development, District Church, Lange Real Estate remodel, Blue Moon Caterers, Oxford Vista, Oasis Club
- Follow up regarding any development issues pending before MAPC
- Re-establish Communication & Event Committees, and duties if established
