Open Streets ICT 2022
Open Streets ICT is a FREE community-building event on Sunday, September 18, 2022 from noon to 5 p.m. that closes Douglas Ave. to traffic and opens it for biking, walking, running, dancing, yoga, and more! All Wichitans are invited to join in the fun, and to stop at the local area businesses, restaurants, street vendors, and the major activity hubs situated along the route.
Residents say poo to P.U.D.
The District 6 Advisory Board (DAB 6) met on September 12th, 2022 with several dozen Delano neighbors in attendance. Most were there to discuss a planning department (MAPD) agenda item that would re-zone the SE corner of McLean & Vine for development of two story apartments.
